@mark @futurebird In NYC all animals need to be in bags/carriers, folx aren't supposed to have them just on a leash. For everyone's protection- there can be loud unexpected sounds and other stimuli. I've seen dogs lunge at ppl on the subway and it's really not cool. Some ppl have been attacked by dogs before and panic when then see them on trains. Animals are cute but they really should be in carriers/bags on the subway.
