@futurebird I finally went to NYC this summer. Originally, I’m from the Chicago area, and I figured I’d like it, but that it would be largely similar. I was wrong. I love NY precisely because it has a very different feel from Chicago. I love them both, but it is not the same. I can’t wait to go back, but I’ll skip the fireworks.

Chicago is a really classy town. I expected “big Cleveland” (please don’t get angry) but it was more international than SF which surprised me. It has some surface level similarities to NYC but NYC is harder to really get your head around. We try to have everything.
