    Interesting article in the WSJ about NYC office rentals being at a 19 year high. We've recovered from the pandemic and now more people in the office than before it started.

    (I know this will make the pro-work-from-home people sad... but it's good for the city.)

    Article includes a needless Mamdani dig, which are just funny at this point.

      Most of the new rentals are for finance firms who want to be in NYC to "get young professional workers"

      Yes we have many of those.
