    I have spent this morning installing Linux on a Raspberry Pi 500+ and it has not been going smoothly. I swapped the 256Gb SSD it came with for a 4Tb one. The RPi imager only saw half of it to begin with, RPi OS itself is unusable with my eyesight, Ubuntu has force-upgraded everything to Wayland, and the world is on fire ...

        @coldclimate No, the real mistake was inventing writing. Or maybe coming down from the trees. Or crawling out of the sea onto land.
