all my prescriptions transferred from rite-aid to cvs and holy shit what a suckfest
the biggest fail that it looks like each prescription transferred a spearate profile, none of which got linked to my cvs dot com profile
i have been trying to get them linked back together for A WEEK
pharmacy can't do it you have to call the special cvs dot com number
if you call the number it does everything it can to throw you into the general tree
if you manage to get to a cvs dot com rep you'll get between 2 SECONDS and 2 MINUTES before it throws you to the customer satisfaction survey mid-conversation (enjoy another 1 out of 5 do not recommend) and you have to start over

I am praying for you. They have some of the worst interface and customer service I've ever seen. Really ... if there are other options it's worth whatever suffering it might cause. I pick up my pills at the hospital which is only open on weekdays and closes at like 1:34pm for some reason and it's better than CVS.

i guess what i have to do is get someone at cvs dot com who is actually at cvs dot com and tell them that their phone system WILL drop me to the survey BEFORE they can get back to me and to please combine the profiles even if that happens so i can stop CALLING YOU OVER AND OVER AGAIN
also i thought end-of-life rite-aid was sad, cvs in person is fucking desolate
