No no no.
This is *severely* qualified right there in the lede as "a large majority of speech watchers approved of what they heard." Outside of a few media pundits, very few people who voted against trump would have chosen to subject themselves to 99 minutes of him. Just five-six minutes of him during a clip from the Zelensky meeting last Friday was absolutely repulsive.
In the end, something like 3/4 of 1/2 the country liked the speech.
