I enjoyed this a lot.
I'm on a bit of a crabby about AI arc at the moment. I'm a little behind. I always want technology to work. I want the future! That's why my oldest handle has always been "futurebird"
I'm kind of bummed that it just doesn't work.

I mean, imagine if AI worked as promised? Imagine if I could take my half-written very complex sci-fi novel and if it could find all of the continuity errors and help me re-order the chapters and then I could read it and it would be done?
This editing step is so much work.
Imagine if it could make a personalized textbook on category theory for me based on the areas in math I know and then I could learn it in a weekend instead of jumping between six books?

Granted, there would be "serious disruption" if it really worked as described.
But, it just can't do this stuff. And it's been years. Just scanning a lot of examples isn't enough for these tasks.
I feel like I need to give these examples because when I say "it can't do it" I feel like people think I'm just being negative.
If there were a magic data genie TRUST I have wishes.
