Goddamn refs keeping Hawks in the game with whistles. 20 to 10 free throw disparity in the 1st half.

          # Raptors. It looks like Darko has evolved as a coach. He made good substitutions. The team looks like a cohesive unit. He is getting better as a teacher. His first season, the team looked disjointed, they didn't know how to run the plays or the scheme. It looked like a mess. This is the first game of the season, and the team seems to know where they're supposed to be and where to go, with minimal break downs.

Spurs are so exciting! Castle has made great strides in taking point guard duties and being aggressive attacking the rim. He’s also hounding Flagg on defense. Wemby is unbelievable. Imagine getting fouled and still making a reverse dunk lmao, what do you even do. Harper has the jitters but after scoring his first layup, it looks like he’s more relaxed now. The young core is building chemistry so fast that I wonder if Fox will throw a wrench into it when he gets back. Meanwhile, Flagg playing point guard isn’t working out so well. Probably has the jitters too but he’s had great composure so far.
