Are they saying that 22 years ago someone wrote this weird creepy letter and faked his signature thinking "he might be president some day heh heh heh" Because this letter is in a leather bound book that's 22 years old along with a bunch of other letters all from famous people and *no one* but Trump has said that their letter was fake.

The book was bound by a famous NYC book binder. It's been mentioned in many documents. How exactly was it faked? Anyone care to break it down for me?
