In the example of Toys'r'us, it ends up being theft against other creditors, suppliers, workers, etc, who end up not getting paid when it collapses.
In bankruptcies the entity who introduced the debt should be liable for it (the new parent company)
We would do something similar, but would make the only gun the farsight XR (the one that could see and shoot through walls.) We would hold up as a team in the central tower with a moat around it on that one map, and go until we hit the 1000 kill limit as a team, then see who got the most.
No shit. My question is whether there's enough value in EA's IP get more than their investment money out of doing that.
If the IP isn't worth enough, they can't get their money back, no matter what method they use to extract it
I've never seen a sequel fumbled as big as Just Cause 4. I'm still utterly befuddled as to how they could mess it up so bad. JC3 had such fantastic, well rounded characters. Di Ravello, Mario, Dimah, Sheldon and even side characters like Looch and Annika. Not to mention that awesome remix of Firestarter in the intro and getting David Tennant involved. It's been 10 years and I can still picture them and hear their voices perfectly "Looch talking!" I hope it's the JC4 team that are being referred to in that headline and that the team that did JC3 all went on to great things.
