@futurebird Eggplant Parmesan with oven baked slices instead of frying them. It’s still a little time intensive dealing with all the slices but faster than frying (and healthier). For a big splurge use fresh mozzarella

I think we should treat people who get scammed and come out and talk about it like heroes.@futurebird @suetanvil And not getting scammed requires constant vigilance, which is exhausting. Anyone can have an off day where they’re careless for just a moment.
