@sendtherunners @histodons I recently tried to use Microsoft Word's built-in indexing feature but found it too imperfect. It was easier to do Ctrl+F searches and to note down the page numbers by hand. Five years ago, a friend who was doing a lot of indexing in those days had come to the same conclusion. My two cents.
